SignWorks has been working with the Sacramento branch of Kenney Wilson, a commercial property management company, since 2015. They are responsible for a medical facility in San Pablo and for updates to the property when there are changes in tenancy. Back in July, their tenant, Peer Connections, needed their name added to the main and floor directories, as well as a sign for their door.

The first step is to generate a proof for our client to share with their tenant and to make any necessary edits. Once approved we move forward and send a technician out to retrieve the applicable slats from the facility in San Pablo. Once back at the shop we peal the old text from the slats and clean the surface of all residues.  We use our plotter to make new lettering, applied the new text to the slat and send the technician back to the site to install the updated slats back into the directories, along with the new tenant door sign. We’ve performed this same task several times over the years.
