The sign approximately 120”wide by 17” tall fascia panel needed repainting, because a tenant in their light industrial commercial property had moved so the landlord for this San Leandro light-industrial complex wanted us to paint over the branding of their former tenant. We are fortunate that our sign maker is also skilled at sign painting which is a becoming a dying art, and we are familiar with the Vista Grand Grape color that has become the signature color for the fascia sign boards in this particularly complex.
