SignWorks , always enjoys working with realtor clients even though this often means completing the signs in record time.  This particular real estate agent had a listing that would be going on the market the following weekend and needed two 24” x 24” signs to hang on the T-post in front of the property.  We immediately got to work on developing an approval proof and after a minor edit fabricated the signs for our new client.

Over the years we have had many realtor clients and we are accustomed to making these and the 24” X 18” PVC Real Estate sign (for mounting to the T-post).  They are used when a property is for sale. Typically these signs are placed at the front of a property by the listing agent and used to advertise that the property is for sale.  And, sometimes these same signs (or similar ones) are hung on portable sign hangers and A-Frames to promote a home that is open for viewing.  I’m sure you, like me, have seen these strategically placed signs on street corners pointing the way to a home that is for sale and open for viewing.

Often, the realtors will add 24” x 6” sign riders to the larger sign that will offer additional details about the property such as, “Price Reduction, By Appointment Only, Do Not Disturb Occupants,” etc.  Because real estate signs can take many forms, it’s smart to have holes placed on the bottom of these signs for the sign riders that advertise additional details about the property,

Similar signs are used by commercial realtors, however, these tend to be made of aluminum and mounted directly to the face of the building.  Often they will also use larger post and panel signs that are placed in the grassy frontal area of a building that is for sale or lease.  They are placed in a way that maximizes visibility to passing drivers.  Signs play a very vital role in advertising properties and maximizing visibility to potential buyers and are as important as making sure that the property is listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in the local area.
