This particular real estate agent had a listing that would be going on the market the following weekend and needed two 24” x 24” signs to hang on the T-post in front of the property. We immediately got to work on developing an approval proof and after a minor edit fabricated the signs for our new client.
Over the years we have had many realtor clients and we are accustomed to making these and the 24” X 18” PVC Real Estate sign (for mounting to the T-post). They are used when a property is for sale. Similar signs are used by commercial realtors, however, these tend to be made of aluminum and mounted directly to the face of the building. Often they will also use larger post and panel signs that are placed in the grassy frontal area of a building that is for sale or lease. They are placed in a way that maximizes visibility to passing drivers. Signs play a very vital role in advertising properties and maximizing visibility to potential buyers and are as important as making sure that the property is listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in the local area.
