Cut vinyl is a staple in the sign industry and is used for many things, including window lettering and addressing, fleet graphics and more.  Recently, Trader Joe’s encountered a problem at one of the store.  Address numbering that should have been supplied by the landlord was missing and the store was under threat of being cited to correct this error.  Our contact at Trader Joe’s asked if we could quickly provide address decals, as pictured, for the Tennessee store to apply themselves.  Knowing the urgency we got to work producing the two 6” tall decals the very same day.  In fact, we pre-masked the decals (as shown in the picture) to make the installation process easier.

I’m not sure about you, but Trader Joe’s is extremely popular where I live and I shop there all the time.  I find their products to be well priced and I love their broad selection of fruits, vegetables, breads, cheeses, wines and so much more!  Their story began in 1958 when Joe Coulombe took over a small chain of convenience stores around the LA area and called them Pronto Markets.  After about ten years it was clear that the convenience store formula needed tweaking and Joe opened the first Trader Joe’s store in 1967 in Pasadena, CA.  After taking note of the changing demographics and leveraging his G. I. Bill benefits to garner a better education he decided to deliver something different.  Their nautical theme has paid off and to this day team members consider themselves “traders on the culinary seas” and are known for their bright, tropical-patterned shirts and for generally being nice, helpful, and well informed.
