SignWorks is has been working with the Sacramento branch of Kennedy Wilson, for several years now. Recently, a tenant at the Vale Road Medical Building that they manage had a name change and wanted a new suite door sign reflecting this change. The interior building signage was custom created years ago and we have been unable to identify the manufacturer. When changes are need we literally visit the location, remove the lettering from the sign panel/blank, clean the surface and apply new cut vinyl graphics reflecting any changes in text.
Because Kennedy Wilson is a commercial property management concern, we start by generating an art proof for them and the client to review and approve. Once approved we send a technician to retrieve the door sign and in some cases the matching directory slat. The only hiccup can be when a tenant leaves and takes the door sign assembly with them to their new location as this means working with suppliers such as Johnson Plastics to replicate the door sign assembly and insert.
As a commercial property manager, it’s great not to have to replicate the original signage for a property that you’ve managed for years.
