When SignWorks was first approached by the Hayward branch of D. W. Nicholson it was with the sad news that the art for their decals, including the logo was nonexistent. We are not sure of the particulars, but contacts from their marketing department and former sign company could not even identify the pantone color in the logo or identify the font! Recreating the logo was a fairly involved process which took some time, but because we took the time to recreate everything from the cogged wheel in the logo to the lightning bolt in it, the client now has a usable art file that can be used to create future signs, decals and marketing materials! The current order consisted of 50 large 27” wide and 18” tall contour cut vinyl decals and 50 smaller ones sized at 20” wide by 6” tall as shown in the picture.
