Our residential and commercial real estate clients have varying rush project needs and we are happy to be able to deliver their finished projects despite the many challenges that our wholesalers may impose. Sometimes, items are backlogged or not readily available locally, which means we have to reset the client’s expectations. This is never a fun task. Despite delays in the arrival of the easel frames that our client selected, the fact that we contacted the client immediately and kept them informed of the delayed delivery, made things go a lot smoother. We took the time to check all the available suppliers and then had the frames expedited from two separate locations. While the overall project delivery date was delayed, the client was assured that our company had done everything possible to get the frames delivered in the most efficient and timely manner.
