Sometimes client’s contact us for the removal of existing signage as was the case with Trader Vic’s. They are adding a downtown San Francisco location and needed the above lettering removed. Our job was to coordinate the services of the boom truck crew, as required to reach the individual dimensional letters which had been stud mounted and glued in place years beforehand. It never ceases to amaze me when watching or supervising a task of this type, how agile and skilled sign installers are, especially when working so many feet above ground.
We hope to be working with the client on some upcoming projects and were happy to be of service on this last one. While our focus tends to be more on putting up new signs, we are working with a few clients who need de-installation and/or repair work to their existing signage.
