When our future neighbors, Alameda County JATC, told us they were having an event at their future home across the street we were excited for them. The building they will be occupying sometime next year is undergoing some improvements. They needed a large banner produced very quickly, so the 4 ft. by 20 ft. banner needed to be designed and produced locally. They wanted to avoid any potential shipping delays or a long approval or design update process. Since the event was fast approaching, a quick turnaround time was essential!
The organization is a joint association between IBEW Local 595 and Electrical Contractors which is devoted to advanced training and education of IBEW electrical apprentices. They are affiliated with Chabot College in Hayward and offer continued education for journeyman wiremen and certification programs for electricians.
We passed by the event location this morning and the banner was already hanging in place ready for this evening’s festivities.
