We are proud to report that updating the Swan Way building signs is finally complete. The project involved designing a new integrated look for the interior tenant and directory signs. While the design pallet remained flexible, it provided a unifying theme that allowed the integration of all the interior facilities and ADA restroom signage as well. The exterior post and panel was updated with a fresh new coat of paint and brand new molded plastic lettering. The exterior overhead address lettering was redone in larger cast brass letters.

About a month ago a walk through with the property manager resulted in some additional signage being added to make some integral property restrictions and assess points clearer. In addition, we worked with the local Fire Marshall to develop evacuation maps reflecting the new and revised building layout. Thankfully the process, which can sometimes be time consuming, was approved in time for a recent grand opening celebration!

This was a fun project for the SignWorks crew and we’re very interested in identifying other projects just like it. If you are a building owner or manager who is thinking of giving your building a fresh updated look, give SignWorks a call at (510) 357-2000.
