When our commercial real estate client asked us to survey his building and make some recommendations for new signage we initiated a sign survey. What we found as a result of our review was that the building signage was outdated. The color palate reflected an outdated 80’s look and the overall appearance was dated. Not only had the renovation work made the evacuation maps obsolete, but there was no unifying design theme that would tie everything together. We’re diligently working with the property management staff and the fire marshal on creating evacuation maps that reflect the updated structure.
