We must admit that our long-time client Alameda Point Developers is one of our favorite repeat clients. The company is a premier developer that has been instrumental in transforming the old Alameda naval base into a state of the art live-work community. SignWorks has welcomed their business over the years, and we have been privileged to supply their signage since day one. We have walked the buildings many times, initially with one of the principles, to assess just what was needed from both an ADA (Americans with Disabilities) that included tenant and stair identification signs, to evacuation and fire safety signs, as well as marketing and branding to attract potential occupants.
As one of our favorite builder/developers rounds the corner on completing the final phase of the project and turns on the marketing engine to make sure there is full occupancy at the site, while simultaneously giving a nod to the branding they developed and executed over the past few years, we are honored to have been their signage partner.
The latest project consists of four 8 ft. wide by 3 ft. tall banners that will be placed strategically at visible locations throughout the property to provide contact information to potential lessee’s while also promoting the Storehouse Loft branding that we have all worked so hard to achieve. We supplied design services and options for the banner and the picture we have included reflects the version that was approved and printed. We will post a future picture of the banners once they are in place at the property.
While banners have always been an affordable sales and marketing tool, they have proven to be an especially valuable marketing tool for retailers and not just for celebratory and sports events. They are extremely versatile and there are many new types of banners used by savvy retailers at malls, whether on poles or in flag format, as well as eye catching building drapes, or step-and-repeat logo backdrops at events and fundraisers.
We produce a large quantity of banners for retailer Trader Joe’s and would love to produce banners for you too! If you have an upcoming banner project, we would love to hear from you.
