It had been quite some time since we fabricated or installed a traditional post and panel sign, so when Signarama from Ohio contacted us to install a post and panel sign in Fremont, we were happy to oblige. SignWorks continues to do installation work for out of area sign companies and we helped to facilitate the permit process for our client. Evidently, the end client is a national real estate concern who required that permits be pulled for the sign which was installed in front of the apartment complex. The old sign had become worn and weathered.
We performed a site survey to assess the installation parameters and confirm measurements. We next connected with our permit expeditor to manage the permit process. We gather things like the site map, elevation drawings, etc., as needed for obtaining the permit. Once approved by the Fremont building department we had Signarama ship their crate containing the 6 ft. wide by 4 ft. tall PVC sign panel with vinyl graphics, posts, and post covers. The crate arrived via motor freight in late January, and we were able to install in early February.
We hope you agree that the finished sign (pictured) looks great. We are often sought out for installation work in the Bay Area by other sign companies that are part of the Signworld family, and in the case of Cleveland Signarama, outside of our immediate network.
We also continue to work with local builders and property owners in the San Francisco Bay Area to design, fabricate and install post and panel signs like the one pictured, along with a host of other building and safety signs.
