The SignWorks team was pleased to a work with our client in Canyon, CA when they needed a precision tooled plaque to commemorate years of service and dedication for a retiree with 23 years of service at their local school. The process involved working with staff to create a commemorative precision tooled bronze plaque, measuring 8” x 4” and do so quickly and in time for the celebratory event which occurred in late April 2022.
Once again our preferred partner, Gemini, was selected to fabricate the plaque primarily due to their pass through lifetime warranty, the exceptional product quality and the available expedited shipping options, which fortunately we did not have to use. The finished plaque was shipped directly to the client and we hope to get a future picture of the plaque mounted in place.
Gemini plaques come in a variety of styles including raised lettering with recessed background, laser etched, and precision tooled. Also, when plaques have lots of graphic detail, a Giclee print can be used and mounted to the plaque. This allows for the inclusion of art elements and shading that is not allowed with traditional plaques. These art elements, when used, are sealed with a clear coat.
