There is no doubt that hand painted signs are a nod to the ambiance of old world tradition, charm and elegance. So when Harvey Electric contacted us about a sign painting project, we were happy to be able to offer our services. While many clients have switched to digital prints or vinyl for their signs, sign painting has become more of a specialty item and it is slightly more complex too! The sign painter has visit the site to make a template for what is being replaced or work with the client to scale the art to the space. They must also work closely with the client on paint and color selections. That being said, we are also happy to report that we have a sign painter on staff and very proud to have created the pictured hand painted sign.
We enjoy working with Andrew, our sign painter, and to acknowledge that he is truly a jack of all trades! SignWorks is proud to have him on board. While there are fewer and fewer sign companies offering this type of old world sign painting, it’s good to know that we have the resources right here in-house to offer it as one of the many types of sign products we offer. And, because we have such talent it also expands our creative bandwidth!
