When the property management company contact us some months back, they were in need of replacement signs for their tenant Island Tailor. The dilemma was that the sizing needed to be changed as the client wanted the rear exterior sign to fit the space differently. Initially, we schedule a site survey so we could provide our client with sizing options and they later chose to make the sign 52” wide and 48” tall which would eliminate the existing border above and below the sign as it had been earlier.
After the site survey we worked on providing the property management company, J. R. Zukin Corporation, with art proofs for all three signs. Our client, a real estate property management company, is based in Los Gatos, CA. The remaining two signs were sized at 2 ft. x 4 ft. and 2 ft. x 3 ft., respectively. Once the proofs were approved and the sizing locked in, we produced the digital prints and laminated them. They were subsequently mounted to the substrate, in this case DiBond, an aluminum composite that is an excellent choice for exterior signs. The material performs well outdoors and lasts a very long time!
As you can see from the picture, the completed project with its colorful details, turned out well and both the tenant and our client is pleased with the completed project which was installed a few weeks ago.
