The holiday season is here and as we approach Thanksgiving I wanted to give a personal shout out to one of my favorite fabricators, Andrew. He is truly a jack of all trades and SignWorks is proud to have such talent on board. Recently, he shared the attached photo with me of some hand painted window signs he had done for Nation’s Hamburgers around the holiday season ten years ago. What made the job so memorable was the fact that he was tasked to complete 23 Bay Area storefront windows in just two days! If that doesn’t speak volumes about Andrew’s talent, then clearly we have different standards. While there are fewer and fewer instances of this type of old world sign painting, it’s good to know that we have the resources in-house to offer it as one of the many types of sign products we offer.
Among his many talents, Andrew also makes illuminated sign cabinets and channel letters and, there are many examples of his work strewn across the Bay Area landscape and beyond. We are currently working on a few vinyl decal projects together and two sets of illuminated channel letters for SignWorks clients. His work includes design/layout and vinyl graphics production and installation projects.
