SignWorks is pleased to report that the preparation for the electrical sign installation of our client, TopHap, is going well and that the letters will be installed at their facility this week. The client contacted us in mid-April and we began the design layout process using our preferred vendor, Gemini. Because the logo art file they sent did not meet the requirements for illumination, there were some iterations and rescaling to ensure that the stroke width and height of the individual letters would accommodate the LED bulbs. The overall width of the logo sign, including the 12” purple colored wordmark is about 51 inches. The letters and returns are bright white and we will post more pictures once the sign is installed.
Gemini fabricates their illuminated channel letters in stainless steel and their products carry a lifetime pass through warranty. Once fabricated and shipped to our facility there is a lot of behind the scenes preparation work as you can see in the attached photograph. The work includes mounting each of the individual lettering studs using the lettering template, and prepping the logo/letters to ensure a smooth installation process. The installed logo mounted to the client’s interior lobby wall will create a welcoming branded space to be enjoyed by employees and customers alike.
