Stackbit was referred to SignWorks by a sister sign company in the Los Angeles area.  Their co-founder and CEO needed a dimensional letter lobby sign designed, fabricated and installed in their reception area in San Francisco.  Initially they compared a flat cut acrylic laminate (mounted on foam) and a flat cut acrylic dimensional letter sign, both in their corporate colors.  Ultimately, and during the art review and approval phase, they decided to increase the width to 64” across and settled on logo/lettering that was 9.8” tall and ½” thick.  We used Gemini to fabricate the lettering given the quality of their products and the lifetime warranty.  The sign arrived mid-week and was mounted to their reception area wall yesterday, in time for an activity that is planned for Monday.

Stackbit is in the technology sector.  The company produces software tools that empowers developers and designers to build modern websites.  Founded in 2016 the company views websites as the building blocks of the internet and provides the tools necessary for website developers to create better performing websites with better security. The company CEO has an extensive background in software engineering.

SignWorks has provided lobby and reception area signs for several businesses throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and, in some instances, in other states.  Though we are partial to those mounted on a backer we also recognize that it is a matter of personal choice and that individual flat cut acrylic and metal letters are also very popular choices. If you are planning to upgrade your company’s lobby please connect with us at (510) 357-2000.  We would be happy to assist with the material selection, design and layout, fabrication and installation of your lobby or other building signs.  To learn more about SignWorks, just visit our website to view photographs of recent projects or to read our blog posts.  We offer our expertise at a budget friendly prices and look forward to working with you!
