Earlier this year we worked with the staff at Beebe Memorial Cathedral in Oakland to develop exterior building signage that reflected their logo and new branding. We were also tasked with removing an outdated banner and frame that had been initially erected as temporary signage but had remained in place for several years. Because of the large structure it was important to do a detailed site survey to determine the overall size of the logo and lettering and the placement on the exterior structure. The sign needed to be visible and the color palette, which included a gradient, had to match the beige tones of the building paint.
We worked with our installation team to commission the necessary site survey because of the height of the building and the location where the sign was being placed. A professional boom truck crew was brought in to ensure the necessary safety and quality control. The final product was a premium dimensional letter sign placed to maximize the Cathedral’s branding and sign investment. The sign with its premium vinyl inlay’s, as needed to create the gradient effect, exceeded the client’s expectations for maximum visibility of the Cathedral’s branding!
In the photograph above you will see the logo, lettering and contrasting vinyl inlays used to add gradient color to the maroon toned acrylic lettering and logo. This sign was crafted using only high quality components, and Gemini lettering that carries a lifetime warranty. We used the latest in sign technology and design techniques.
