Recently, we were approached by Contra Costa Association of Realtors to replace the LEXAN faces of an exterior sign sixty feet above the ground at their facility. The brand name was changing for the client, and they needed a sign change to match that. At Signworks, Inc., we knew that they could provide them with the perfect sign to meet their needs.
It was important to use a medium that would be durable and shatter resistant, and that is why we went with polycarbonate (LEXAN). This material will greatly increase the longevity of our client’s new sign faces. We used a CNC Router to provide a precise cutting of the sign faces into an eclipse shape. This guaranteed that the new faces would adhere securely into the curved cabinet. Due to the extreme height of the sign’s location, a professional boom truck crew was brought in. This was necessary for safety and quality control. The final product was a premium sign investment that exceeded the client’s expectations!
