Often, the signs are made in standard sizes but sometimes, depending on where they need to be mounted, they are made in custom sizes. They are also fairly simple to make. The lettered text or image is produced using cut vinyl. The cut image or graphic is then transferred from the sheet vinyl to the substrate (in this an aluminum blank) that has been cut to size.
