San Lorenzo Village Homes and Friends of the San Lorenzo Library approached us with a common problem. Their logos as reflected on an exterior monument sign and part of a collage of tenant signs were outdated and inaccurate. Both clients wanted their signs, made of circular and oval shaped aluminum respectively, to reflect their organizations current branding. In the case of one Friends of the San Lorenzo Library, they were unable to supply an art file so they needed us to create one and supply it to them so that they could create future signage and print materials from this new vector file. We worked with our supplier’s to have the circle and oval shapes cut from a piece of sheet aluminum on a CNC router, then we applied the prints representing the new logos, to these shaped aluminum pieces.
Next time you are in San Lorenzo check out the street meridian monument sign on Hesperian Boulevard that was recently updated with the new signs.
