We recently completed yet another sign project for Realty Professionals. Unlike most other commercials property management firms, Realty Professionals creates custom signage versus the standard leasing signs with lettered text in one or two colors. The fact that a full color digital image and unique logo are contained on the sign makes the sign more visually appealing and more likely to be read.
When compared to traditional leasing signs which can get lost in the myriad of other building signs, these signs are sure to get noticed. Like all marketing vehicles, the additional time and effort spent in making the sign colorful, eye catching and otherwise appealing, is likely to be more impactful. Given the large number of vacant commercial buildings and suites, anything that shortens the vacancy cycle is of great help if you are a commercial property manager with empty spaces.
