When it comes to illumination most of us associate this with exterior signs. This need not be the case. When you are working with a lobby area that is large enough to accommodate a lighted sign or illuminated channel letters, this becomes a prime opportunity to be creative and to develop a lobby area that is both distinctive and different. Channel letters that are being illuminated are made out of aluminum. The height and width requirements, necessary for neon and/or LED lighting, means that they will need to meet a certain minimum size criteria. While spelling out a long corporate name may not make sense (or possibly take up too much space), a backlit logo could be the perfect statement for an upscale lobby area.
