When it comes to tradeshows and festivals there are some where the standard is uniform and outlined for the participants, e.g. each booth has identical dimensions. Each vendor is given a table, usually 6 or 8 feet for a booth that is 10 to 12 feet wide. The depth of the booth will sometimes vary. The curtained sides and back are usually a preselected color. Sometimes an overhead sign for the rear of the booth (spelling out each vendor name) in a preselected font and color is provided. When this is not the case vendors can use banners or other signage as specified by tradeshow management. There will usually be pre-developed guidelines.

The tables that are provided for these events are functional but need to be covered with a tabletop throw. The options include both cloth and banner style throws to suit individual tastes. The banner material is a little more durable and is easy to maintain. Dirt and grime can be wiped off with a wet sponge. Fabric throws will need periodic washing and ironing. Some options for branded table throws in a selection of fabric and vinyl colors are as follows:

• 6’ Table Throw, includes front logo area and draped back in vinyl or cloth

• 6’ Table Throw, includes front logo area with an open back in vinyl or cloth

• 8’ Table Throw, includes front logo area and draped back in vinyl or cloth

• 8’ Table Throw, includes front logo area with an open back in vinyl or cloth

Another more economical choice would be to use a branded table runner (widths vary), and drape it over a standard white or colored table throw. Adding a table top panel display is also an option.
