After completion of his re-branding campaign, complete with a new website and the addition of many new services, our client thought his work was done. After all, the new name brand and matching store front signage and window lettering communicated the complete service offering, right? Well, yes and no. He had left out the very important word “Sunset” from Estate and Financial Planners, an associative word he had used as part of his branding for many years. His customers were now reporting that they could not find him and were calling him for directions!

He contacted SignWorks immediately to report that he needed to find an innovated way to update his signage in an economical way. We went to work on finding a solution. Rather than completing removing the backlit sign face, returning it to our facility and replacing the old print with a new one (which included the updated brand name), we developed a strategy that allowed us to “update” a section of the print at his location. We also developed a series of window decals that were used to update the windows. The net effect was that we saved our client thousands of dollars!
