When we were approached by AFSI, the facilities division of Clean Innovation, to install building signs at a new facility in Fremont, we could not have been more pleased. Solyndra, a solar energy leader headquartered in Fremont, California was moving into a fabulous facility on Kato Road. The oversized powder coated aluminum letters representing their signature logo was being mounted 23 feet above ground and onto the front face of their futuristically designed metal faced building.
The installation was coordinated to occur over a weekend so as not to disturb on-site employees and to add an additional element of safety. Manipulating heavy letters above ground when there is lots of employee foot traffic below just adds an unnecessary element of risk. Our contract installers did an excellent job creating a pattern for the oversized letters and using their boom trucks to get the letters securely attached to the building. We hope you agree that the finished project looks great!
